The energy-saving thermal insulation wall for building design comprises a wall body, the outer side of the wall body covers a wall surface, the wall body is connected with the wall surface through a connecting assembly, and the wall surface can be taken down from the wall body; an inner plate, a first heat preservation plate, a connecting plate and a buffering plate are sequentially arranged on the wall from inside to outside and are fixedly connected, adjusting blocks are arranged on the four side faces of the wall, one side of each adjusting block is rotationally connected to the wall, and a grooved wheel assembly is arranged on the other side of each adjusting block and used for controlling the adjusting blocks to rotate. The adjusting blocks are provided with fixing assemblies used for fixing the adjacent thermal insulation walls. The wall face comprises an outer plate and a second heat preservation plate, and one side of the second heat preservation plate is fixedly connected with the outer plate. The fixing assembly is arranged, so that the connection of the two adjacent thermal insulation walls is more stable and firmer; the plate taking frame is arranged, so that the wall surface can be conveniently taken down for maintenance and replacement when the internal thermal insulation layer and other structures need to be maintained and replaced; and the geneva wheel assemblies are arranged, and the adjusting blocks are controlled to rotate through the geneva wheel assemblies, so that the two adjacent thermal insulation walls can be vertically installed.
