Preparation method and application of thermosetting polyurethane modified drainage asphalt mixture
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a thermosetting polyurethane modified drainage asphalt mixture. The mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4-8 parts of thermosetting polyurethane modified asphalt and 92-96 parts of mineral aggregate, the thermosetting polyurethane modified asphalt is prepared by reacting 40 to 60 parts by mass of matrix asphalt, 40 to 60 parts by mass of polyurethane prepolymer and 10 to 20 parts by mass of chain extender; the polyurethane prepolymer is a polyether type prepolymer, and the content of an active group NCO of the polyurethane prepolymer is 11-13%. The preparation process of the mixture comprises the following steps: heating and stirring the matrix asphalt, then adding the polyurethane prepolymer for grafting reaction, then adding the chain extender for stirring reaction to obtain the thermosetting polyurethane modified drainage asphalt, then sequentially adding the mineral aggregate and the remaining raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixture. Based on the excellent performance of the mixture, the mixture is used for preparing the double-layer drainage pavement, the influence of blockage on gap functionality in the prior art is effectively solved, and the drainage performance of the mixture can be maximized while the anti-blockage performance is exerted.
本发明公开了一种热固性聚氨酯改性排水沥青混合料的制备方法和应用。该混合料包括4~8质量份数的热固性聚氨酯改性沥青,92~96质量份数的矿料;所述热固性聚氨酯改性沥青由40~60质量份数基质沥青、40~60质量份数聚氨酯预聚体和10~20质量份数扩链剂反应而得;所述聚氨酯预聚体为聚醚型预聚体,其活性基团NCO含量为11~13%。该混合料的制备过程为:将基质沥青加热搅拌后加入聚氨酯预聚体进行接枝反应,再加入扩链剂搅拌反应,得热固性聚氨酯改性排水沥青,然后依次加入矿料和剩余原料拌合均匀,即得。基于该混合料优异的性能,将其制备双层排水路面,有效解决了现有技术中阻塞对空隙功能性的影响,在发挥抗阻塞性能的同时,又可以最大化其排水性能。
