The invention provides a steel box girder assembling device which is used for supporting and positioning steel plates so as to assemble a steel box girder bottom plate and comprises a first support, a plurality of supporting pieces, a first driving mechanism, a plurality of first adjusting assemblies and a first control machine. The multiple supporting pieces are distributed on the upper surface of the first support in an array mode, and the supporting heights of the supporting pieces are adjustable. The first driving mechanism is provided with a plurality of first driving ends, the first driving ends are connected to the supporting pieces correspondingly, and the first driving ends are used for outputting driving force to the corresponding supporting pieces so as to adjust the supporting heights of the supporting pieces; the multiple first adjusting assemblies are arranged at the multiple first driving ends correspondingly. The first control machine is in electric signal connection with the multiple first adjusting assemblies, and the first control machine is used for controlling the multiple first adjusting assemblies to adjust the driving force of the multiple driving ends so that the supporting heights of the multiple supporting pieces can adapt to the design curve of the steel box girder bottom plate. According to the scheme, waste caused by adjusting the elevation of the profile steel jig frame can be improved.
