The invention provides a plate steel box girder splicing device and a construction method thereof.The plate steel box girder splicing device comprises a support and a box girder, transverse moving devices are arranged on the two sides of the support, jacking mechanisms are arranged on the transverse moving devices, a supporting cross beam is arranged at one ends of the jacking mechanisms, a plurality of adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the box girder, and the box girder comprises a bottom plate, an upper flange plate and two webs; and an adjusting hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the adjusting mechanism and the upper flange plate. Through cooperation of the structure of the support and the module vehicle, the module vehicle is transported to a construction site, risks caused by transportation of ultra-large components are reduced, meanwhile, the module vehicle is adopted for carrying out box girder tire unloading, the tonnage of a portal crane is small, multiple times of large segment box girder hoisting work are avoided, and safety in the construction process is guaranteed. The whole device can be in a production mode of modularized production in a backfield of unit pieces and rapid assembly in a field mobile factory, so that the transportation cost is reduced, meanwhile, the investment of large portal crane equipment is reduced, the box girder unloading efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the device is suitable for being popularized and used.
本发明提供一种板钢箱梁的拼装装置及其施工方法,包括支架和箱梁,支架两侧设有横移装置,横移装置上设有顶压机构,顶压机构一端设有支撑横梁,箱梁上设有多个调节机构,箱梁包括底板、上翼缘板和两个腹板,调节机构与上翼缘板之间调节液压缸。通过支架的结构和模块车的配合,通过汽车运输至施工现场,减少了超大型构件运输带来的风险,同时采用模块车进行箱梁下胎,门机吨位小,避免了多次大型节段箱梁吊装工作,保证了施工过程中的安全性。整体装置能够在单元件后场模块化生产加上现场移动工厂快速组拼的生产模式,降低运输成本,同时减少了大型门机设备的投入,提高了箱梁下胎效率,缩短了工期,适合推广使用。
