A rack is vertically mounted on the inner side wall of each sleeve in a sliding manner; top blocks are fixedly connected to the top ends of the racks. A driving assembly capable of driving the rack to move in the vertical direction is arranged in each sleeve; when the bottom formwork beam frame and the bottom plate move to the designated position of the bottom of the closure section of the two bridges, the driving assembly is started to drive the rack to gradually move upwards so that the top block can abut against the bottom of the bridge to maintain the stability of the bottom formwork beam plate, the possibility that the hoisted bottom formwork beam plate shakes greatly is reduced, and the safety during construction is improved.
