The invention provides an existing railway sinking disease treatment construction method which comprises the following steps that a plurality of grouting holes are formed in a road shoulder close to the top of a roadbed in a regular polygon mode, grouting holes are drilled into the roadbed from the grouting holes, and different included angles are formed between the grouting hole channels in a single set of grouting hole channels and the vertical direction; an automatic grouting system is arranged, the automatic grouting system comprises an observation device, a grouting device, a control device and a power supply device, the observation device is used for monitoring the roadbed height, the control end of the grouting device is in communication connection with the control device, and the power supply end is electrically connected with the power supply device; and when it is obtained that the roadbed height does not reach the designed elevation, the control device controls the grouting device to inject mixed grout into the grouting hole channels till the roadbed height reaches the designed elevation. According to the construction method, the grouting hole channel structure suitable for treating the subgrade with the subsidence damage is constructed, and efficient and reliable treatment of the railway with the subsidence damage is achieved in combination with the automatic monitoring device and the intelligent grouting function.
本申请提供了既有铁路下沉病害处理施工方法,方法包括以下步骤:在近路基顶部的路肩上以正多边形型式布置多个注浆孔口,自各注浆孔口向路基内钻注浆孔,单组注浆孔道中各注浆孔道与竖直方向之间具有不同的夹角;布置自动注浆系统,自动注浆系统包括观测装置、注浆装置、控制装置和供电装置,观测装置用于监测路基高度,注浆装置的控制端与控制装置通信连接,供电端与供电装置电连接;当获取到路基高度未达到设计标高时,控制装置控制注浆装置向各注浆孔道内注入混合浆液,直至路基高度达到设计标高。本申请搭建适用于对下沉病害的路基进行治理的注浆孔道结构,结合自动监测装置以及智能注浆功能,实现对下沉病害的铁路的高效可靠治理。
