Wherein the formula raw materials of the UHPC decoration panel and the UHPC structure back plate comprise cement, microbeads, silica fume, machine-made sand, slag powder, water, a water reducing agent, steel fibers and basalt fibers; according to the invention, expensive quartz sand in the formula raw materials of the UHPC decorative panel and the UHPC structural back plate is replaced by the machine-made sand, and part of steel fibers in the formula raw materials of the UHPC decorative panel and the UHPC structural back plate are replaced by the basalt fibers, so that the use cost of fine aggregates and fibers for manufacturing the UHPC decorative panel and the UHPC structural back plate is reduced; therefore, the production and use cost of the composite heat-insulating decorative plate consisting of the UHPC decorative panel, the heat-insulating layer and the UHPC structural back plate is reduced.
