A mechanical hidden type self-bouncing smoke exhaust ventilating window structure comprises a mechanical inner window, a flowing type outer plate face and an outer window frame, one side of the mechanical inner window is locked with the outer window frame, and an emergency air exhaust layer section is arranged between the mechanical inner window and the flowing type outer plate face. A gear driving set and an air pressure film are arranged between the hidden frame and the inner window frame, and a progressive chain set is connected between the hidden frame and the inner window frame. One side of the air pressure film makes contact with one end of the progressive chain set, and the movement stroke of the other end of the progressive chain set makes intersecting contact with the stroke of the opening trigger end of the transverse locking block. An outer communicating groove is formed in the flowing type outer plate face and communicates with the emergency exhaust layer section, and an inner communicating groove section is arranged on the inner window frame and communicates with the mounting groove. Under the condition that doors and windows do not need to be opened, the smoke exhaust capacity can still be achieved, and the protection effect on personnel safety is achieved.
