The invention discloses a filter material preparation method based on sewage treatment waste and a ceramic filter material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out wet oxidation treatment and solid-liquid-gas separation treatment on sludge generated by a sewage treatment plant to obtain a first solid raw material; drying the gravel separated from the sewage treatment plant to obtain a second solid raw material; mixing and grinding the first solid raw material and the second solid raw material to obtain mixed powder; processing the mixed powder into a forming material; and calcining the formed material, and cooling to obtain the ceramic filter material. According to the method, solid waste of a sewage treatment plant is fully utilized, the solid waste transportation amount of the sewage treatment plant is reduced, the waste treatment cost is reduced, meanwhile, the prepared ceramic filter material is long in service life, high in use strength, high in porosity and good in adsorption performance, can be used as a filter material of a sewage treatment filtering process, and is beneficial to improving the sewage treatment effect; the utilization rate of solid waste resources is improved.
本申请公开了一种基于污水处理废物的滤料制备方法和陶质滤料。制备方法包括：对污水处理厂产生的污泥进行湿式氧化处理和固液气分离处理，得到第一固体原料；对污水处理厂分离出的砂石进行干燥处理，得到第二固体原料；将第一固体原料和第二固体原料进行混合研磨，得到混合粉末；将混合粉末加工成成型料；对成型料进行煅烧处理，冷却后得到陶质滤料。本申请的方法，充分利用了污水处理厂的固体废物，减少了污水处理厂的固废外运量，降低废物处置成本，同时，制备出的陶质滤料使用寿命和使用强度、孔隙率高，吸附性能好，可作为污水处理过滤工艺的滤料，有利于提高污水处理效果，提高了固废资源利用率。
