The invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic material preparation, and particularly relates to permanent magnetic ferrite and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the permanent magnetic ferrite provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) mixing iron scale subjected to heat treatment with strontium carbonate, and carrying out dry vibration ball milling and pre-sintering to obtain pre-sintered powder; wherein the temperature of the heat treatment is 700 to 900 DEG C; and (2) mixing the pre-sintered powder with a first additive, and sintering. The residual magnetism (Br), the magnetic induction coercive force (Hcb), the intrinsic coercive force (Hcj) and the maximum magnetic energy product ((BH) max) of the prepared permanent magnetic ferrite are relatively high.
本发明属于磁性材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种永磁铁氧体及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的永磁铁氧体的制备方法,包括:(1)热处理后的铁鳞与碳酸锶混合,干法振动球磨,预烧,得到预烧粉末;其中,所述热处理的温度为700‑900℃;(2)将所述预烧粉末与第一添加剂混合,烧结。所制得的永磁铁氧体的剩磁(Br)、磁感矫顽力(Hcb)、内禀矫顽力(Hcj)和最大磁能积((BH)max)较高。
