The invention relates to a permanent magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method of the permanent magnetic ferrite material comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out wet ball milling on fine iron powder, strontium carbonate and calcium carbonate to obtain mixed slurry; (2) sequentially carrying out drying, oxidation, mineralization treatment and first sintering on the mixed slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material; (3) washing the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material obtained in the step (2) with water, and carrying out fine grinding treatment on the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material and an additive to obtain fine slurry; and (4) sequentially carrying out wet pressing molding and secondary sintering on the fine slurry obtained in the step (3) to obtain the permanent magnetic ferrite material. The low-cost fine iron powder is directly subjected to high-temperature solid-phase reaction with strontium carbonate and calcium carbonate to generate the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material with a hexagonal structure, and the further prepared permanent magnetic ferrite material has the characteristics of good squareness ratio and density and excellent magnetic performance.
本发明涉及一种永磁铁氧体材料及其制备方法与应用,所述永磁铁氧体材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)湿法球磨铁精粉、碳酸锶以及碳酸钙,得到混合料浆;(2)步骤(1)所得混合料浆依次经过烘干、氧化、矿化处理以及第一烧结,得到永磁铁氧体预烧料;(3)步骤(2)所得永磁铁氧体预烧料经过水洗后与添加剂进行细磨处理,得到细料浆;(4)步骤(3)所得细料浆依次经过湿压成型与第二烧结,得到所述永磁铁氧体材料。本发明以廉价的铁精粉直接与碳酸锶、碳酸钙经过高温固相反应生成具有六角形结构的永磁铁氧体预烧料,进一步制得的永磁铁氧体材料具有矩形比与致密度好、磁性能优异的特点。
