The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out first ball-milling mixing on polyethylene glycol, yttrium oxide and an organic solvent to obtain a first mixture; aluminum nitride powder, a silane coupling agent and the first mixture are subjected to second ball milling mixing, and a second mixture is obtained; performing third ball-milling mixing on an adhesive and the second mixture to obtain mixed slurry; screening the mixed slurry to obtain a filtered material; carrying out spray granulation on the filtered material to obtain spherical hydrolysis-resistant aluminum nitride granulation powder; the second ball-milling mixing time > the third ball-milling mixing time > the first ball-milling mixing time. According to the preparation method, soft agglomeration of the aluminum nitride powder can be depolymerized through ball-milling mixing modification, in addition, in the ball-milling mixing process, grinding balls can collide with the aluminum nitride powder to generate energy, so that a silane coupling agent is anchored on the surfaces of aluminum nitride powder particles, and the hydrolysis resistance of the aluminum nitride powder is improved.
