The invention relates to the technical field of inorganic nonmetal powder material preparation, in particular to hydrolysis-resistant aluminum nitride powder and a preparation method and application thereof.According to the method, phosphoric acid is used for forming a protective layer on the surface of the aluminum nitride powder, organic acid is used for filling and reinforcing the protective layer, and finally modification is conducted through a modifier, so that the hydrolysis-resistant aluminum nitride powder is obtained. Therefore, a compact protective layer with strong binding force is obtained, and the aluminum nitride powder is prevented from being damaged by hydrolysis. Meanwhile, due to the steric hindrance effect, electrostatic repulsion and surface tension reduction of the modifier, better dispersity can be provided for the aluminum nitride powder, the comprehensive performance of the aluminum nitride powder is further improved, and development of the aluminum nitride powder in the high-thermal-conductivity field and the packaging field is promoted. Through verification, the hydrolysis-resistant aluminum nitride powder prepared by the method has good hydrolysis resistance at normal temperature and high temperature, the problem of poor high-temperature hydrolysis resistance of aluminum nitride is solved, and the application scene of the aluminum nitride powder is widened.
本发明涉及无机非金属粉体材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐水解氮化铝粉体、制备方法及应用,该方法利用磷酸在氮化铝粉体表面形成一层保护层,利用有机酸对保护层进行填补及加强,最后通过改性剂进行改性,从而得到致密且结合力强的保护层,使氮化铝粉体免受水解侵害。同时改性剂的空间位阻效应、静电排斥和降低表面张力,也能给氮化铝粉体提供更好的分散性,进一步提升氮化铝粉体的综合性能,进而促进氮化铝粉体在高导热领域和封装领域的发展。经验证,本方法制备的耐水解氮化铝粉体在常温及高温下均具有良好的耐水解性能,解决了氮化铝高温耐水解性能差的问题,拓宽了氮化铝粉体的应用场景。
