The invention relates to SiC/ZrC/ZrB2 composite ceramic precursor polyboron zirconium carbosilane and application thereof, and a preparation method of the SiC/ZrC/ZrB2 composite ceramic precursor polyboron zirconium carbosilane comprises the following steps: preparing polyzirconium carbosilane from dichlorodimethylsilane and zirconocene dichloride; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a trimethylamine borane monomer from methylamine and BCl3; and carrying out solvothermal reaction on the polyzirconium carbosilane and a trimethylamino borane monomer to prepare the polyboron zirconium carbosilane. The invention also comprises an application of the SiC/ZrC/ZrB2 composite ceramic precursor polyboron zirconium carbosilane. According to the invention, the contents of boron and zirconium elements are adjustable, so that the boron and zirconium elements are effectively doped in the polymer, and the product can have high zirconium content; the raw materials used in the method do not contain oxygen, so that the oxygen content of the product can be reduced, and low-oxygen and oxygen-free products are expected to be obtained; the method has the advantages of simple reaction conditions and low preparation cost.
