SiCf-ZrC-ZrB2 ceramic composite powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses SiCf-ZrC-ZrB2 ceramic composite powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a zirconium oxychloride ethanol solution, a boricacid ethanol solution, an ethyl orthosilicate ethanol solution and a glucose aqueous solution and mixing the solutions to be uniform, to obtain a boron-silicon-zirconium precursor solution; and drying the target precursor solution, and carrying out heat treatment under the protection of an argon atmosphere to obtain SiCf-ZrC-ZrB2 composite ceramic powder in which SiC fibers with controllable sizes and uniform and fine ZrC-ZrB2 ceramic particles are uniformly dispersed. The prepared ceramic powder fiber and ceramic particles are uniformly dispersed, and the length of the fiber can be controllably adjusted between 10 [mu]m and 100 [mu]m; the ceramic particles are small in particle size and uniform in size, and the average particle size is about 30-50 nm. The process is simple and reliable,and raw materials are safe, nontoxic and low in cost; the preparation period is short, the forming temperature of the ceramic phase is low, the ceramic particles are uniform and fine, the nanowires and the ceramic particles are uniformly distributed, the sizes of the nanowires are controllable, and the problems of preparation and mixing uniformity of raw material powder for preparing SiC fiber reinforced ZrC-ZrB2 ceramic-based composite materials with different sizes are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种SiC‑ZrC‑ZrB陶瓷复合粉体及其制备方法,分别配制氧氯化锆乙醇溶液,硼酸乙醇溶液、正硅酸乙酯乙醇溶液,葡萄糖水溶液,将各溶液混合均匀得到硼硅锆前驱体溶液;将目标前驱体溶液烘干后,在氩气气氛保护下热处理得到尺度可控的SiC纤维与均一细小的ZrC‑ZrB陶瓷颗粒均匀分散的SiC‑ZrC‑ZrB复相陶瓷粉体。所制备的陶瓷粉体纤维与陶瓷颗粒分散均匀,纤维的长度可在10um‑100um之间可控调节;陶瓷颗粒,粒径细小、尺寸均一,平粒径约30‑50nm。本发明工艺简单可靠,原料安全无毒且成本低,制备周期短,陶瓷相的形成温度低,陶瓷颗粒均匀细小,且纳米线与陶瓷颗粒均匀分布、纳米线尺度可控,有效解决了制备不同尺度SiC纤维增强ZrC‑ZrB陶瓷基复合材料的原料粉体的制备及混合均匀性难题。
