Cast-in-place arch bridge arch frame integral assembly and disassembly construction method
The invention relates to a cast-in-place arch bridge arch frame integral mounting and dismounting construction method. The method comprises the steps of splicing of pushing arch frame single bodies, pushing-hoisting mounting of the pushing arch frame single bodies, arch rib pouring and dismounting of the pushing arch frame single bodies. The single-piece arch frames are horizontally spliced on a splicing site at one end of a bridge site according to an arch rib line shape, and the single-piece arch frames are transversely connected to form a single-set arch frame and then transversely connected to form a pushing arch frame single body. The single pushing arch frame is hoisted to a pushing rail and pushed to a cable hoisting area, pushing is conducted in the longitudinal bridge direction, front-end hoisting is conducted, pushing continues, rear-end hoisting is conducted, the whole is hoisted in place, and arch feet of the arch frame are temporarily locked; the arch ribs reach the design strength, and bridge floor structure construction is completed; supports are unloaded; pushing arch frame single body transverse connection is relieved in groups; tie bars are installed; and the arch frame single bodies are transversely moved to the outer sides of the arch ribs group by group, hoisted to a bridge floor by a cable crane group by group to be dismantled and transported away from the field. The installation time of the whole arch frame is shortened, and the whole construction period is shortened; aloft work is reduced, construction efficiency is improved, construction safety is guaranteed, and the line shape of the arch center is guaranteed.
本发明是一种现浇拱桥拱架整体安拆施工方法,包括顶推拱架单体拼装、顶推拱架单体顶推‑吊装安装、拱肋浇筑和顶推拱架单体拆除。单片拱架在桥位一端拼装场地依照拱肋线形进行卧拼,单片拱架横向联系为单组拱架,进而横向联系为顶推拱架单体;顶推拱架单体吊装至顶推轨道,顶推至缆索吊装区域,沿纵桥向顶推→前端起吊→继续顶推→后端起吊,整体吊装就位,临时锁定拱架拱脚;拱肋达到设计强度并完成桥面结构施工,卸落支架,分组解除顶推拱架单体横向联系,安装系杆,逐组横移至拱肋外侧,利用缆索吊逐组吊装至桥面拆除,运离场地。本发明缩短了整体拱架的安装时间,节约整体工期;减少高空作业,提升施工效率,保证施工安全,拱架线形有保障。
