The invention belongs to the technical field of repairing materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a smokeless easy-to-sinter environment-friendly converter large-surface repairing material which comprises the following components: 60-70 parts of leather sand with the particle size of 0-5 mm; 14-18 parts of leather sand with the particle size of 200 meshes; 0-8 parts of a binding agent with the particle size of 325 meshes; 3-5 parts of silica powder with the particle size of 320 meshes; 0-2 parts of aluminum powder with the particle size of 200 meshes; 3-5 parts of alpha-alumina powder with the particle size of 325 meshes; 0-6 parts of a sintering aid with the particle size of 200 meshes; according to the present invention, the main raw material is the leather sand, such that the large surface repair material can be easily sintered and has the low cost compared with the currently used large surface repair material using the high-purity magnesia as the main raw material under the same condition; the binding agent is a magnesium-aluminum binding agent which is more environmentally friendly than a traditional binding agent, no irritant gas is generated in the using process, no combustible matter exists in the binding agent, and the sintering time is greatly shortened. The water reducing agent is a high-efficiency water reducing agent, so that the water consumption is reduced, the volume density is effectively increased, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明属于修补料技术领域,具体涉及一种无烟易烧结的环保型转炉大面修补料的制备方法,包括以下组份:60‑70份粒度为0‑5mm的皮砂;14‑18份粒度为200目的皮砂;0‑8份粒度为325目的结合剂;3‑5份粒度为320目的硅微粉;0‑2份粒度为200目的铝粉;3‑5份粒度为325目的α‑氧化铝粉;0‑6份粒度为200目的烧结助剂;0‑0.22份的减水剂,本发明的主要原料为皮砂,在相同条件下比目前所使用的以高纯镁砂为主要原料的大面修补料更易烧结,成本更低。本发明的结合剂为镁铝质结合剂,比传统结合剂更加环保,而且在使用过程中也没有刺激性气体产生,而且结合剂中没有可燃物,也大大减少了烧结时间。本发明的减水剂为高效减水剂,减少了用水量,有效的增加了体积密度,延长了使用寿命。
