When the distance between the clamping plate and the handle is adjusted, connection limitation between the adjusting sleeve and the rod sleeve can be relieved only by shifting the pull plate to enable the plug pin to be separated from the positioning hole, then the movable handle is rotated to enable the limiting block to move to the position above the limiting groove, and at the moment, the movable handle can slide on the pull rod; therefore, the distance between the handle and the clamping plate can be adjusted according to requirements.
