Clinker-free low-carbon cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a clinker-free low-carbon cementing material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The invention aims to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high carbon emission of the traditional cement-based material, increase of the utilization rate of low-grade diatomite and bauxite waste residues and reduction of the cement production cost. The clinker-free low-carbon cementing material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 600 parts of an active component, 281-382 parts of an exciting agent component, 6-30 parts of a nano reinforcing agent, 3-20 parts of a calcium supplement and 2-10 parts of an organic solvent. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing activated diatomite; 2, preparing an alkali activator; 3, mixing the powder; 4, preparing slurry; and 5, carrying out vibration molding, and curing to obtain the clinker-free low-carbon cementing material. The invention provides an effective technical means for realizing the aim of carbon neutralization. Meanwhile, compared with traditional cement production, the link of high-temperature clinker calcination is avoided, and energy consumption and carbon footprint are reduced fundamentally.
一种无熟料低碳胶凝材料及其制备方法,它属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明的目的是要解决传统水泥基材料存在高能耗和高碳排,提高低品位硅藻土和铝矾土废渣的利用率和降低水泥生产成本的问题。一种无熟料低碳胶凝材料按质量份数由600份活性组分、281份~382份激发剂组分、6份~30份纳米增强剂、3份~20份钙质补充剂和2份~10份有机溶剂制备而成。方法:一、制备活化硅藻土;二、制备碱激发剂;三、粉体混合;四、制备浆体;五、震动成型,经过养护即可获得无熟料低碳胶凝材料。本发明为实现碳中和目标提供了有效的技术手段。同时,与传统的水泥生产相比,避免了高温煅烧熟料的环节,从根本上降低了能源消耗和碳足迹。
