Compared with the traditional process, the tundish spray coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the construction water adding rate is obviously reduced, the comprehensive strength of the spray coating is greatly enhanced, the risk of cracking after drying is reduced, the service life of the spray coating is prolonged, and the construction efficiency, the construction performance and the continuity of continuous casting operation are improved.
