Parts are placed in order, and the parts are not prone to being missed and lost; and when the sleeper is carried into a rail construction installation position from the side of the rail, the W-shaped elastic strip can be used as a hanging point, so that the sleeper can be conveniently carried on site, the efficiency is high, and the potential safety hazard during sleeper carrying is greatly reduced.
