Novel linear friction anti-beam-falling device and using method thereof
The invention discloses a novel linear friction anti-beam-falling device and a using method thereof. The novel linear friction anti-beam-falling device comprises a first connecting base, a second connecting base and a friction limiting component. The first connecting seat and the second connecting seat are respectively arranged at proper positions of a bridge pier and a bridge superstructure, and the two ends of the friction limiting component are respectively and stably connected with the first connecting seat and the second connecting seat; the first connecting base and the friction limiting component are connected in a pin shaft connecting mode, and the connecting hole is arranged to be in a long hole shape to connect the first connecting base and the friction limiting component, so that when the bridge is structurally deformed due to temperature difference changes, the beam falling prevention device does not generate axial force to respond to the structural changes of the bridge; the joint of the first connecting base and the friction limiting component and the joint of the second connecting base and the friction limiting component are in multi-layer connection, the friction damper and the limiting component are connected in parallel through the friction limiting component, the friction surface and the friction area are increased under the condition that the installation difficulty is not increased, and the beam falling prevention function is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种新型直线型摩擦防落梁装置及其使用方法,该防落梁装置包括:第一连接座、第二连接座及摩擦限位部件;通过将所述第一连接座及所述第二连接座分别设于桥墩及桥梁上部结构的合适位置,并将所述摩擦限位部件两端分别稳定连接所述第一连接座及所述第二连接座,并通过销轴连接方式并将连接孔设为长孔形连接所述第一连接座与所述摩擦限位部件,使桥梁因温差变化发生结构变形时,所述防落梁装置不会产生轴力响应桥梁结构变化,其次,通过将所述第一连接座及所述第二连接座与所述摩擦限位部件的连接处设置为多层次连接,通过所述摩擦限位部件将摩擦阻尼器及限位构件并联,在不增加安装难度的情况下提高摩擦面及摩擦面积,增强防落梁功能。
