The construction method has the advantages that prefabricated toe boards are adopted, front toes at the bottoms of the prefabricated vertical boards and tooth grooves in the rear portions of the prefabricated toe boards are inserted and fixed one by one when the prefabricated vertical boards are placed, and positioning of the prefabricated vertical boards is facilitated; the reinforced concrete post-pouring heel plate is poured, so that the prefabricated vertical plate, the cushion layer and the reinforced concrete post-pouring heel plate are integrated, dry and hard cement mortar is adopted to be fixedly bonded with related components when the back plate and the top pressing plate are prefabricated, the integrity is high, and the structure is stable; except the reinforced concrete post-pouring heel plate and the cushion layer which adopt a pouring mode, other prefabricated parts are produced in a controlled environment, so that the quality and precision of the parts are ensured, meanwhile, the influence of rain and snow weather is small, the parts only need to be transported to the site for installation, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened; in the whole construction process, generation of construction waste and sewage is reduced, the problems of dust raising, noise and the like on a construction site are solved, and the influence on the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种装配式生态挡土墙的施工方法,优点在于,采用了预制趾板,放置预制立板时使各预制立板底部前趾与预制趾板后部齿槽一一插接固定,方便预制立板定位;钢筋混凝土后浇踵板采用浇筑,使得预制立板与垫层和钢筋混凝土后浇踵板形成一体,并在预制背板和预制压顶板时都采用了干硬性水泥砂浆以与相关构件粘结固定,整体性强,结构稳定;除去钢筋混凝土后浇踵板和垫层采用浇筑方式,其他的预制构件都是在受控环境下生产,确保了构件的质量和精度,同时受雨雪天气影响较小,只需运输至现场进行安装,极大提高了施工效率,缩短了工期,整体施工过程中减少了建筑垃圾和污水产生,利于改善施工现场的扬尘和噪音等问题,降低对环境的影响。
