The invention discloses a shield construction double slurry reinforcing device which comprises a supporting platform, a lifting hydraulic rod fixedly connected with the supporting platform, a grouting box fixedly connected with the lower end of the lifting hydraulic rod, two partition plates fixedly connected with the middle of the grouting box, grouting drill pipes arranged at the bottom of the grouting box at intervals, and sliding holes formed in the partition plates. A round pipe with one closed end is slidably connected into the sliding hole, a supporting spring is fixedly connected between the upper end of the round pipe and the inner wall of the grouting box body, the grouting drill pipe is provided with a side hole, and the round pipe is provided with a grouting hole which can be located on the upper side or the lower side of the partition plate. The grouting drill pipes on the two sides communicate with the lower cavity all the time and are filled with the first grout in cooperation with the depth changes of the grouting drill pipes, the first grout is firstly filled into the grouting drill pipe in the middle, then the second grout is filled into the grouting drill pipe in the middle, and finally the first grout is filled into the grouting drill pipe in the middle, so that high-strength reinforcing grouting is conducted on the periphery of a soil body reinforced by the second grout low in strength; and therefore, the subsequent shield tunneling is more convenient.
