A plurality of spray heads are arranged on the annular water pipe in a circumferential array mode, each spray head is rotationally connected with an atomization cover, each atomization cover is provided with a plurality of atomization holes, and the transmission assembly is driven by rotation of the annular water pipe to enable the atomization covers to rotate; the linkage assembly is driven by rotation of the annular water pipe so that the scraping plate can vertically slide up and down. When the spray tower needs to be cleaned, the annular water pipe is rotated, all the atomization covers are rotated through the transmission assembly, water flow sprayed by all the spray heads can be enlarged, the inner wall of the spray tower and the demister are washed, and the scraping plate vertically moves up and down through the linkage assembly to scrape away calcium sulfite scale on the inner wall of the spray tower.
