The pavement smoothness of the fast lane roadbed, the middle lane roadbed and the slow lane roadbed is sequentially decreased, and the drainage performance of the fast lane roadbed, the slow lane roadbed and the middle lane roadbed is sequentially decreased; according to the highway roadbed structure, the bearing performance, the drainage performance and the pavement drainage performance of the fast lane roadbed, the middle lane roadbed and the slow lane roadbed all meet respective actual requirements, performance overflow is prevented, and therefore the construction cost is reduced.
