A reinforcing assembly for structural reinforcement is further arranged in the lifting lug assembly. The problems that concrete at the root of a lifting lug is broken during lifting and a concrete protection layer cannot be recovered after lifting is completed and the lifting lug is cut due to a temporary lifting point made of traditional HPB300 round steel are solved; the movable lifting lug and the anchor bolt can be repeatedly used, and are economical and environment-friendly; the anchor bar assembly is machined in a factory mode, positioning is accurate, and construction is convenient. The device has wide application prospects in hoisting construction of engineering structure concrete members such as precast slabs, precast beams, precast columns and precast piles.
