The invention provides a smashing mechanism for pipeline desilting and a pipeline desilting robot. The smashing mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a cutting knife assembly and a stirring knife assembly. The driving end of the driving assembly is connected with the cutting knife assembly, the driving assembly drives the cutting knife assembly to rotate, and the cutting knife assembly is used for smashing blockages; the stirring knife assembly is arranged on the cutting knife assembly, and the cutting knife assembly drives the stirring knife assembly to rotate; the stirring end of the stirring knife assembly is located in front of the cutting knife assembly and used for stirring blockages located in front of the cutting knife assembly. Through cooperation of the cutting knife assembly and the stirring knife assembly, stirring and cutting of blockages are achieved, and then the blockages can be better cleaned conveniently.
