The invention provides a large-volume large-height concrete continuous pouring construction method, which belongs to the technical field of concrete pouring, and comprises the following steps: dividing a concrete continuous pouring process into a plurality of pouring layers; for each pouring layer, a continuous pouring method is adopted, continuous pouring is conducted on the current pouring layer, and in other words, concrete of the current pouring layer is poured in place at a time within a continuous preset pouring duration time period; a vibrator is adopted for vibrating concrete of the current pouring layer in the pouring process and after pouring is completed according to the preset vibrating time and vibrating frequency of the pouring layer, bubbles are removed, and the compactness is improved; after concrete pouring and vibrating of the current pouring layer are completed and after a preset standing time length is waited, pouring and vibrating of the next pouring layer are continued until concrete pouring and vibrating of all the pouring layers are completed; and the poured concrete is cured. The technical problem that various existing parameters often depend on artificial experience, and pouring related parameters are difficult to accurately determine is solved.
本发明提供了一种大体积大高度混凝土连续浇筑施工方法,属于混凝土浇筑技术领域,包括:将混凝土连续浇筑过程划分为多个浇筑层;对于每一浇筑层,采用连续浇筑的方法,对当前浇筑层进行连续浇筑,即在一个连续的预设浇筑时长的时间段内将当前浇筑层的混凝土一次性浇筑到位;采用振捣器根据浇筑层预设的振捣时间和振捣频率对浇筑中和浇筑完成的当前浇筑层的混凝土进行振捣,去除气泡,提高密实度;完成当前浇筑层的混凝土浇筑、振捣后,等待预定静置时长后,继续进行下一浇筑层的浇筑、振捣,直到完成全部浇筑层的混凝土浇筑、振捣;对完成浇筑的混凝土进行养护。解决了现有的各项参数往往依靠人工经验,难以精确确定浇筑相关参数的技术问题。
