Lightweight high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses lightweight high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, lightweight aggregate, a cementing material, an additive, polypropylene particles and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the cementing material, the lightweight aggregate, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate in a stirrer; adding water and an additive into the obtained mixture, and continuously stirring until the mixture is in a flowing state; adding polypropylene particles into the obtained product, and continuously stirring; and pouring the obtained product into a mold filled with a base material, and standing at normal temperature until the product is solidified, so as to obtain the light high-strength concrete. According to the light high-strength concrete, low volume weight is achieved, high-temperature steam curing is not needed, normal-temperature curing is adopted, construction operation is convenient, after the obtained light high-strength concrete is poured and hardened, the surface of an obtained concrete material is compact, the concrete material has excellent durability such as impermeability, carbonization resistance and chloride ion erosion resistance, and the service life of the concrete material is prolonged. The method is suitable for preparing lightweight prefabricated parts.
本发明公开了一种轻质高强混凝土及其制备方法。该轻质高强混凝土的原料包括粗骨料,细骨料,轻骨料,胶凝材料,外加剂,聚丙烯颗粒及水。制备方法为:将胶凝材料、轻骨料、粗骨料和细骨料放入搅拌机内混合均匀;在所得混合物中加入水、外加剂,继续搅拌直至流动状态;将聚丙烯颗粒加到所得产物中继续搅拌;将所得产物浇筑到装有基材的模具中,常温下静置至凝固,即得轻质高强混凝土。本发明所得的轻质高强混凝土实现低容重的同时,无需高温蒸养,采用常温养护即可,使得施工操作方便,所得的轻质高强混凝土,在浇筑硬化后,所得混凝土材料表面致密,具有优异的抗渗、抗碳化、抗氯离子侵蚀等耐久性,适用于制备轻量化的预制构件。
