The invention provides a microcapsule type grinding aid as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding alkylol amine into dichloromethane, and adding triethylamine to prepare a reaction base solution for later use; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding methacryloyl chloride into dichloromethane to prepare a dropwise adding solution for later use; dropwise adding the dropwise adding solution into the reaction base solution at a constant speed within 1 hour, keeping stirring for 1 hour, washing, filtering and drying in vacuum to obtain the cross-linking enhancing monomer, s2, dissolving an initiator and an emulsifier in water, adding alcohol amine, and stirring to obtain core liquid for later use; and S3, adding an ester monomer crosslinking enhancing monomer into the organic solvent, heating, dropwise adding the core liquid under the condition of continuous stirring, and carrying out polymerization reaction, cooling, filtering and washing to obtain the microcapsule type grinding aid. The microcapsule type grinding aid can meet the requirements of a grinding production process on the grinding aid, effectively improves the strength of mortar and concrete at each age, and has positive significance in promoting the sustainable development of the building industry.
本发明提供一种微胶囊型助磨剂及其制备方法和应用,该制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1.将醇胺加入二氯甲烷中,并加入三乙胺,制得反应底液,待用;在二氯甲烷中,加入甲基丙烯酰氯,制备得滴加液,待用;在1h内匀速将滴加液滴入反应底液中,保持搅拌1h,洗涤、过滤,真空烘干,即得所述交联增强单体;S2.将引发剂和乳化剂溶解于水,加入醇胺,搅拌,得到芯液,待用;S3.往有机溶剂加入酯类单体交联增强单体,升温,在持续搅拌的条件下,滴入芯液,聚合反应,冷却,过滤,洗涤,即得所述微胶囊型助磨剂。该微胶囊型助磨剂能够匹配粉磨生产过程对助磨剂的需求,有效提升砂浆和混凝土各个龄期的强度,对推动建筑行业的可持续发展有积极意义。
