The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an engineering pile sinking construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, performing remeasurement by measuring a control network point and a benchmark, and establishing a construction measurement control coordinate system of a project by utilizing a total station for guiding measurement on the basis of the remeasurement; in the whole pile sinking process, real-time adjustment of the pull rope is achieved, and the pull rope is in a tensioned state, so that when pile sinking needs to be stopped, rotation of the control rod can be achieved immediately by pulling the pull rope, pile sinking can be stopped immediately, manual pulling and tensioning of the pull rope are not needed all the time in the whole process, manpower is saved, and the pile sinking efficiency is improved. And the second cylinder can be protected, so that particulate matters generated by explosion can be prevented from falling on the contact part of the second cylinder and the second electromagnet, the particulate matters are prevented from influencing adsorption and fixation between the second cylinder and the second electromagnet, and the second electromagnet on the control rod can be enabled to be adsorbed and fixed with the second cylinder.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,且公开了一种工程桩沉桩施工工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、通过测量控制网点及水准点进行复测,在此基础上利用全站仪引测,建立本工程的施工测量控制坐标系统。本发明在整个沉桩过程中,实现了拉绳的实时调整,使其处于拉紧的状态,因此在需要停止沉桩时,拉动拉绳立即能实现控制杆的转动,使得立即能停止沉桩,且整个过程中无需人工始终进行拉绳的拉动拉紧,节省人力,且可实现对第二圆柱的防护,使得能避免爆炸产生的颗粒物落在第二圆柱与第二电磁铁接触的部位,避免颗粒物影响第二圆柱与第二电磁铁之间的吸附固定,保证控制杆上的第二电磁铁能与第二圆柱吸附固定。
