The method comprises the following steps: preparing asphalt cold supplementing liquid; drying the aggregate, the mineral powder, the cement, the slaked lime and the bentonite; putting the aggregate, the cement, the slaked lime, the bentonite and the lignin fiber into a mixing pot and stirring; adding the asphalt cold supplementing liquid into the mixing pot and stirring; and adding the mineral powder into the mixing pot, and stirring to obtain the rapid early-strength high-performance asphalt cold patch material at normal temperature. The asphalt cold-patch material disclosed by the invention can quickly form strength within an extremely short time, ensures quick passage after pit slot repair, and maximally reduces the influence of traffic transportation.
