The invention discloses a preparation method of a coal gangue composite grouting material, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing coal gangue aggregate: drying crushed coal gangue, and screening to obtain the coal gangue aggregate consisting of fine aggregate and coarse aggregate; step 2, preparing a coal gangue gel material: uniformly mixing the crushed coal gangue with graphite, performing microwave activation, adding a chemical activator, mixing, and grinding to obtain the coal gangue gel material; and mixing the coal gangue gel material and the coal gangue aggregate, adding water, and uniformly stirring. According to the method, the technological process is simple and easy to implement, efficient utilization of mine solid waste is achieved, the mining cost is greatly reduced, the grouting filling material with the excellent mechanical property is successfully obtained, and progress and development of the coal gangue based grouting technology are powerfully promoted.
本发明公开了一种煤矸石复合注浆材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制备煤矸石骨料:粉碎后的煤矸石干燥后进行筛分,得到细骨料和粗骨料组成的煤矸石骨料;步骤二、制备煤矸石凝胶材料:粉碎后的煤矸石与石墨混匀后,进行微波活化,之后再加入化学激发剂混合后粉磨,得到煤矸石凝胶材料;煤矸石凝胶材料与煤矸石骨料混合后加水拌匀即可。本发明的工艺流程简便易行,不仅实现了矿山固体废弃物的高效利用,大幅降低了矿山开采成本,而且成功获取了力学性能卓越的注浆充填材料,有力地推动了煤矸石基注浆技术的进步与发展。
