The invention belongs to the field of concrete solid waste utilization, and discloses a thermal insulation recycled concrete block based on building and agricultural wastes and a preparation method thereof. The heat-insulating recycled concrete block is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of modified recycled primary coarse aggregate, 70-80 parts of modified recycled secondary coarse aggregate, 20-40 parts of modified recycled fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of modified agricultural straw ash, 10 parts of animal dung ash and 10 parts of cement. The preparation method of the heat-insulating recycled concrete block comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials in proportion, firstly performing dry mixing, and then adding water for stirring to obtain recycled concrete slurry; the concrete slurry is injected into the forming mold for building blocks; and after the building block is formed, maintenance is performed. The thermal-insulation recycled concrete block prepared by the method is high in mechanical strength, small in heat conductivity coefficient and good in thermal insulation performance, and meanwhile, the utilization of waste resources is realized.
本发明属于混凝土固废利用领域,公开了一种基于建筑、农业废弃物的保温再生混凝土砌块及其制备方法。保温再生混凝土砌块主要由以下原料制成:改性再生一级粗骨料100份、改性再生二级粗骨料70‑80份、改性再生细骨料20‑40份、改性农业秸秆灰20‑30份、动物粪灰10份、水泥10份。保温再生混凝土砌块的制备方法为:将上述原料按照比例混合,先进行干拌然后再加入水搅拌,得到再生混凝土浆料;将混凝土浆料注入成型模具中砌块;砌块成型后,进行养护。本发明方法制备出的保温再生混凝土砌块力学强度大、导热系数小、保温性能好,同时实现了废弃物资源的利用。
