本发明涉及陶瓷金属化技术领域,具体为一种压电陶瓷表面金属化方法,先制备含铁氧体的流延浆料,流延浆料通过流延机得到流延片材,将流延片材与压电陶瓷坯体叠层等静压后得到素坯,将素坯先一段升温脱脂后,再二段升温至950‑1050℃烧结1‑5h得到复合陶瓷片,最后通过磁控溅射的方式在复合陶瓷片表面形成镍铜合金层和银层即可,本发明所制备的压电陶瓷具有优异的压电性能,而且金属化层与压电陶瓷基体间的结合性能良好。
