The output end of the second motor is connected with a threaded column, five sets of fourth transmission gears are rotationally connected to the outer portion of the threaded column, and one side of each fourth transmission gear penetrates through the waterproof box to be fixedly connected with a current limiting plate. A first motor is arranged at the top end of the operation bin, and the output end of the first motor penetrates through the operation bin and is in welded connection with a driving gear; the inclined angle of the flow limiting plate is changed by controlling the motor to drive the threaded column to rotate, so that the flow speed of water flow is controlled, the sewage discharging precision can be controlled, and the problem that an original device is high in difficulty in controlling the flow and the sewage discharging precision is solved.
