The invention provides a prestress tension anti-falling lifting device. The prestress tension anti-falling lifting device comprises a hanging load shaft, a power mechanism and an anti-falling mechanism arranged on the power mechanism. The power mechanism comprises a connecting frame, transmission shafts arranged on the two sides of the connecting frame and parallel to the load hanging shaft, a first driving motor arranged on the connecting frame to drive the transmission shafts to rotate and power gears coaxially arranged at the two ends of the transmission shafts in a sleeving mode and meshed with the guide rails, wherein the transmission shafts are rotationally connected with the connecting frame. The anti-falling mechanism comprises a shell arranged on the connecting frame and penetrated by the transmission shaft, an anti-falling device arranged on the shell, and a transmission gear arranged in the shell and coaxially arranged on the transmission shaft in a sleeving mode. The falling protector is provided with a brake gear which is meshed with the transmission gear to limit rotation of the transmission shaft. Through the anti-falling mechanism, the two ends of the transmission shaft are locked at the same time during emergency braking, and the lifting device is prevented from being out of control and falling.
