The invention discloses a crack control method for tunnel molded lining concrete. The crack control method comprises the following steps that a temperature stress simulation finite element calculation model is established according to the size of a tunnel lining structure; analyzing lining concrete cracking risk coefficients corresponding to different working condition parameter optimization combinations through a temperature stress simulation finite element calculation model; the anti-crack concrete is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring the hydration temperature rise inhibitor, the calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent, the mineral admixture, the cement, the gravel and the water according to a certain proportion. After construction of the tunnel inverted arch and the inverted arch filling layer is completed, the mold entering temperature in the working condition parameters is adjusted and controlled, and the prepared anti-crack concrete is poured on the inverted arch at a time to form a lining concrete layer; and after anti-crack concrete pouring is completed, formwork removal and moisturizing maintenance after formwork removal are conducted according to the formwork removal time representing the formwork removal maintenance technology and the parameter requirements for maintenance after formwork removal.
