Pavement plate structure for photovoltaic and friction nano-composite power generation and construction method
The invention discloses a photovoltaic and friction nanometer composite power generation pavement plate structure and a construction method, the pavement plate structure is mainly composed of an anti-skid light transmission surface layer, a photovoltaic power generation layer, a honeycomb friction nanometer power generation layer and an electrical base layer from top to bottom, and the pavement construction method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing and installing the electrical base layer; s2, prefabricating and assembling the honeycomb-shaped friction nanometer power generation layer; s3, arranging and connecting a photovoltaic cell panel; s4, prefabricating and mounting the anti-sliding light-transmitting surface layer; and S5, pavement plate structures are laid. The structure not only can meet various pavement performance indexes of a traditional pavement structure, but also can generate electricity by utilizing the combination of solar energy and mechanical energy generated by automobile vibration, can overcome the defect that the traditional solar pavement is not high in electricity generation efficiency at night, in cloudy and rainy weather and when the traffic flow is relatively large, and fully exerts the energy capturing capability of the pavement; and the development requirement of green traffic is met.
本发明公开了一种光伏和摩擦纳米复合发电的路面板块结构与施工方法,从上至下主要由抗滑透光表层、光伏发电层、蜂窝状摩擦纳米发电层、电气基础层组成,此路面施工方法包括S1:电气基础层的制备和安装;S2:蜂窝状摩擦纳米发电层的预制和组装;S3:光伏电池面板的布置和连接;S4:抗滑透光表层的预制和安装;S5:路面板块结构的铺设。此结构不仅可以满足传统路面结构的各项路用性能指标,还可利用太阳能和汽车振动产生的机械能复合发电,可以克服传统太阳能路面在夜间和阴雨天气及车流量较大时发电效率不高的缺点,充分发挥路面的俘能能力,符合绿色交通的发展需要。
