The invention discloses a bridge bearing platform construction method which comprises the following steps: excavating a bearing platform pit foundation on the periphery of a pile foundation according to a design drawing and a field geological exploration condition, sequentially leveling a slope surface, inserting and driving soil nails and paving a reinforcing mesh, and then carrying out shotcreting and anchoring operation by adopting C20 shotcreting concrete; annularly cutting the designed elevation position of the pile head of the foundation pile by using a grinding machine; after the bearing platform reinforcement cage is manufactured into the bearing platform reinforcement cage, a cooling structure is installed on the bearing platform reinforcement cage; the manufactured bearing platform steel reinforcement framework is placed at the planned position in the bearing platform pit foundation, and then a pouring model corresponding to the bearing platform structure is installed according to the reference line; and the center main tower bearing platform, the auxiliary piers and the transition pier bearing platform are poured in a layered mode, and after the bearing platforms are maintained, the foundation pit needs to be backfilled with pit foundation excavation earthwork in time. The technical problem that the geological stability is poor when bearing platform construction is carried out on an inclined riverbed surface or a near abrupt slope can be solved, and the temperature in the bearing platform can be controlled.
本发明公开了一种桥梁承台施工方法,包括如下步骤:根据设计图纸及现场地勘情况,对桩基外围开挖承台坑基,对坡面依次进行平整、插打土钉、铺设钢筋网片,然后采用C20喷射砼进行喷锚作业;在基桩桩头的设计标高位置使用砂轮机进行环切;承台钢筋骨架制作形成承台钢筋骨架后,在承台钢筋骨架上安装冷却降温结构;将制作好的承台钢筋骨架安放于承台坑基内的规划位置,再根据参照线安装与承台结构相对应的浇注模型;中心主塔承台、辅助墩及过渡墩承台分别进行分层浇注,承台养护完成后,应及时用坑基开挖土方回填基坑。本发明能够解决在斜河床面或临陡坡上进行承台施工时地质稳固性差的技术问题,能够对承台内部的温度进行控制。
