The invention discloses a fly ash concrete hollow precast pile, and relates to the field of building materials and pile foundation construction, and the fly ash concrete hollow precast pile comprises a concrete hollow pile body precast according to a concrete mixing proportion; in every two adjacent hollow pile bodies used for connection, a small head connected with the end of the upper hollow pile body in a prefabricated construction mode is arranged in a hollow cavity, away from one end of the small head, of the end of the lower hollow pile body in an extending mode. The outer walls of the two adjacent connected hollow pile bodies with the diameter smaller than that of the hollow pile bodies are further reinforced and connected through steel ring welding; and the hollow pile bodies which are sequentially connected and reinforced pass through a guide adjusting device for guiding. The hollow precast pile is green and environment-friendly, wastes are utilized, and materials and construction time are saved; moreover, the guiding and adjusting device can guide the connected hollow pile bodies and achieve the purpose of correcting deviation in motion when the connected hollow pile bodies are driven by a pile machine, so that the quality of constructed piles is guaranteed.
