The invention provides a construction method for manually excavating a support pile, which comprises the following steps of: leveling a site of a construction area, carrying out survey and lofting, carrying out fore shaft construction at a preset position, excavating a first section of pile hole and constructing a retaining wall, erecting a template in the excavated retaining wall and pouring concrete, excavating a lower section of pile hole, and binding reinforcing steel bars of the retaining wall. The inner wall of the pile hole and the bottom of the pile hole are subjected to coring through a water milling drill, finally excavation is conducted to the designed depth, pile body steel bars are bound, pile body concrete is poured, and pile body detection is conducted after the pile body concrete reaches the designed strength; the problem that in the prior art, if supporting measures are not in place in the construction process, hole wall collapse or pile hole instability is prone to occurring, and therefore the overall quality of a pile hole is affected is solved.
本发明提供了一种人工挖支护桩施工工法,包括对施工区域场地整平,并进行测量放样,在预定位置进行锁口施工,开挖第一节桩孔并施作护壁,在开挖的护壁内支设模板并灌注混凝土,下节桩孔开挖,护壁钢筋绑扎,处于下节的钢筋与处于上节的钢筋进行拉接,水磨钻对桩孔内壁和桩孔底部取芯,并最终开挖至设计深度,桩身钢筋绑扎,浇筑桩身混凝土,桩身混凝土达到设计强度后进行桩身检测,其解决了现有技术中存在的施工过程中若支护措施不到位极易出现孔壁坍塌或桩孔失稳现象,从而影响桩孔整体质量的问题。
