Muck-based magnesium phosphate salt geopolymer as well as firing-free preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a muck-based magnesium phosphate salt geopolymer as well as a firing-free preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. Geopolymer slurry containing 10-50 parts of shield muck powder, 20-40 parts of dihydric phosphate, 40-90 parts of dead burned magnesium oxide, 10-30 parts of water, 0-15 parts of borax and 0-5 parts of an acid additive is poured and then vibrated and formed, curing is conducted after hardening is conducted at the temperature of 20-25 DEG C, and the muck-based magnesium phosphate salt geopolymer is obtained. The magnesium phosphate cement has huge early heat release and phosphate radical protonation effect, the problems of low shield muck utilization rate, low treatment efficiency, low strength and the like are solved, the energy-saving and low-carbon requirements are met, and the prepared geopolymer has high early strength; meanwhile, the shield muck is used for replacing a certain mass of magnesium phosphate cement, so that the problems that the magnesium phosphate cement is high in production cost, high in setting speed, limited in construction operation time, large and concentrated in heat release and the like are solved.
