The invention provides quick-hardening early-strength muck geopolymer mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of resource utilization of building materials. The muck geopolymer mortar provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: engineering muck, slag, sand and an alkali activator. The quick-hardening early-strength muck geopolymer mortar is obtained by taking all-component engineering muck as a main raw material, introducing the slag and the sand, reasonably controlling the mixing ratio of all the components and utilizing an alkali activator technology. According to the method, all-component utilization of sand, stone and soil in the engineering residue soil can be achieved, and the engineering muck is recycled by 100%; and the obtained muck geopolymer mortar has mechanical strength similar to that of cement mortar and excellent rapid hardening and early strength performance, and can replace the cement mortar, so that the production of cement is reduced, a large amount of energy consumption generated by the high temperature of 1400 DEG C in the production process of the cement mortar is avoided. Meanwhile, compared with cement mortar, the emission of carbon dioxide can be reduced by 40-60%.
