The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing basic powder with multiple precursor materials forming the cladding material by adopting a rotary chemical vapor deposition method, reacting the multiple precursor materials at a reaction temperature, and generating a high-molecular polymer cladding outside the basic powder. The problems of uneven mixing, particle crushing caused by long-time mixing and the like in ball-milling mixing can be solved; in addition, the coating effect of the binder can be better, the dispersity of the ceramic powder is better, and the ceramic powder is more controllable and not agglomerated in the subsequent sintering process. The method has the advantages that the precursor reacts on the surface of the basic powder to form a core-shell structure, so that the ceramic powder is single in size, small in size and high in dispersity, and the low-temperature ceramic material manufactured by sintering the material has higher strength, higher fracture toughness and higher density.
本发明公开一种具有核壳结构的陶瓷粉末的制备方法、生瓷带的制备方法以及应用。制备方法是采用旋转化学气相沉积法,将基本粉体与形成包壳材料的多种前驱体材料进行混合,在反应温度下使所述的多种前驱体材料反应,并在基本粉体外生成高分子聚合物包壳。本申请可以解决球磨混合中存在混合不均匀、长时间混合导致颗粒破碎等问题;本申请还可以使粘结剂的包裹效果更好,陶瓷粉末的分散性更好,在后续烧结的过程中更加可控,不团聚。本发明优势还在于,通过前驱体在基本粉体表面反应形成核‑壳结构,使陶瓷粉末的尺寸单一、体积较小、具有较高的分散性,用该材料烧结制作出来的低温陶瓷材料具更高的强度,更高的断裂任性,更大的密度。
