The fine calcium sodium borosilicate glass powder and the spherical aluminum oxide are selected as inorganic powder in the green tape, and the mixed solvent, the mixed binder and the corresponding plasticizer and dispersant are selected as organic components, so that the anisotropy problem of sintering shrinkage of the traditional LTCC green tape is effectively solved. The surface of the prepared low-temperature co-fired ceramic green tape is flat and smooth, the sintering shrinkage rates of X, Y and Z are all 15% +/-0.5%, and the low-temperature co-fired ceramic green tape can be co-fired with gold paste at about 850 DEG C. Ceramic prepared from the low-temperature co-fired ceramic green tape is low-order low-temperature co-fired ceramic and has excellent dielectric property, the dielectric constant of the ceramic at 8GHz is 7-8, and the dielectric loss of the ceramic is smaller than 3 * 10 <-3 >.
