The upper part of the bottom column is positioned and fixed with the lower part of the top column through a connecting piece; the bottom column and the multiple cross beams are limited, fixed and assembled through the connecting pieces, then the top column is assembled, the bottom column and the multiple cross beams are synchronously locked at the same time, the locking pieces lock the position of the top column after the top column is assembled, and therefore manual welding is not needed; the bottom column, the multiple cross beams and the top column can be quickly matched, locked and connected by the aid of the locking device, working efficiency is greatly improved, and connection stability is guaranteed by the aid of a ring-by-ring clamping assembly mode.
