The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the slag, the alkali activator and the water into the foundation pit muck in parts by mass, and uniformly stirring to obtain the foundation pit muck alkali-activated mortar. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method provided by the invention not only promotes the high-valued utilization of building solid wastes, but also reduces the demand of the building industry for natural resources and promotes the development of green economy, and the prepared foundation pit residue soil alkali-activated mortar has the characteristics of early setting, rapid reaching of strength and the like; the method can be applied to emergency repair and other practical engineering fields.
