The cement-based permeable crystallization type repairing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 600 to 660 parts of water, 1000 to 1100 parts of Portland cement, 45 to 50 parts of quartz sand, 18 to 20 parts of fly ash, 50 to 55 parts of calcium formate, 30 to 33 parts of magnesium oxide, 100 to 110 parts of silica sol, 0.8 to 0.88 part of water-absorbent polymer resin, 0.8 to 0.88 part of sodium hexametaphosphate, 10 to 11 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 50 to 55 parts of redispersible latex powder. The repairing material disclosed by the invention combines the component characteristics of a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material and the requirements of a concrete structure repairing material, has good flowability, is environment-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, has good compatibility and bonding performance with a concrete matrix, and has excellent repairing performance and bonding performance.
